Onelife Leadership Sessions
Released in 2021, The Onelife Leadership Sessions are a shared learning experience for young people wanting to explore what leadership looks like in their own life.
With brand-new video teaching, discussion starters and practical activities, the Onelife Sessions are for youth or student workers who want to go on a journey of discovering leadership. With a particular focus on character development, relational intelligence and practical leadership skills, the Onelife Sessions will give young people the tools they need to lead well both now and in the future.
There are three streams broken down by age range of the young people concerned: 11-14s, 14-18 and 18+

CPAS Growing Leaders - Youth
Newly revised Growing Leaders Youth course.
Designed to use with 14-18s, Growing Leaders Youth explores leadership in all contexts through the wisdom and encouragement in 1 and 2 Timothy.
The eight session course grows teens in Christ-like character over nine months, equipping them to lead in their schools, churches and communities.
Research shows that the teenage years are a key time to invest in people as leaders. This is not only to ensure strong, effective leadership in the future, but also to equip young people for the key role they can play right now.
It's aimed at not just making future church leaders but leadership in all spheres of influence. This would benefit those applying for university and comes with a clear plan of what is expected.

CALEB 14:24 Leadership Development Course
A correspondence course with the opportnity for face-to-face learning.
Focused on Christian Church Leadership in particular - developing a vocation to create future church leaders - this course is aviabale world-wide.
There are multiple modules but you can pick and choose your modules to suit your needs. The course (in full) leads to an A-level equivalent qulaifiaction in leadership, with a structured programme that will look very good on any CV or UCAS application. The choice to become certificated is entirely up to the student.

Amplify - the Young Evangelist Academy
Amplify, The Young Evangelists Academy, is an evangelism mentoring scheme for 11-17-year-olds, seeking to encourage, equip and empower young people to share their faith with their friends, family and community.
The 6-month long, interactive programme is made up of two in-person gatherings, monthly online group mentoring sessions and evangelism masterclasses with those sharing their faith in the worlds of music, sport, performing arts, social media, social action and many more.
Gathering with like-minded young people, Amplify seeks to see young people encourage each other in their faith and witness and be empowered in how they live that out in their day-to-day lives.
Applicants must be put forward by a youth pastor or church leader, having identified in the applicant a gifting and a desire to share their faith.
Cost: £50 each for each residential (2) and bursaries are aviabale
